This B2B arm of Williams-Sonoma Inc. caters to designers, architects, hoteliers, home developers, and other industry professionals and encompasses each of the many brands under the WSI umbrella: Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, west elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBTeen, Mark & Graham, and Rejuvenation, each with a unique design style. Meanwhile, the Trade & Contract program has a distinct brand voice as well, which needs to complement but not overwhelm the look of each brand it promotes; working within such varied parameters sounded daunting at first, but has been surprisingly manageable. While I primarily build emails and digital pieces, I also design print ads, case studies, signage, invitations, brochures, and other collateral as needed for the department.
